Rachel thought a blog was the best way for other people to see what she was up to. It makes her feel special to write about herself in the third person.

Flic is doing ok.

Flic is in Nairobi hospital, she has had surgery and is under sedation. Her mum is with her. She won't be doing any bike riding anytime soon, but the doctors say she is doing well. Her sister Amie keeps her blog updated.

I'm in Dar es Salaam, a city near the coast of Tanzania. I'm looking for work. I am not ready to leave Africa, I really enjoy it here. But I'll go where the money is (so proberly not Africa).

Hey Rosa here, enjoying your blog in between law exams! Did you manage to catch up with Angus in the Congo?

Hi Erik.

Just emailed you now. The train ride was great, very flat with walking paths. But i'm not a cyclist, so it's not a professional opinion.

Hi Rosa

Good luck with the law exams. Angus is over the other side in Kinchasa, i only got to pop acrss the border on an 8 day visa, so i missed him, I must emai him to tell him I was there though. I'm going to check out your blog now.

XXR.
